In the midst of change, whether that be a new role or a major restructure, an external coach can be invaluable. A coach provides a confidential sounding board, a critical friend and creates a monitoring and accountability mechanism for achieving goals. We provide skilled coaches for long and short term assignments at all levels of organisations.
Typically our coaching programmes start with an extended meeting of around two hours to discuss context, individual strengths and personal goals. We then meet face to face, via phone or video call every four weeks for around 60-90 minutes to discuss your current challenges and opportunities and how to manage them given your personal aims.
